June was a very busy month for us, but we loved every single minute of it! As my nephew made his début appearance into this world, we had to attend his naming ceremony up in Scotland as is tradition. It was a long drive about 5.5 hours, Anjie was a darling, most of the time, but we still had to make a several stops when she started getting cranky.

Anjie turns 9 months today! Yippeeee. I’ve also been back at work now for just under two months, although I haven’t quite gone full time yet (that’s in October) it’s being… Interesting. I honestly can’t say it’s been fun because it hasn’t! But thankfully it gets better and easier everyday.
This week, tuesday to be exact, two people I know gave birth! (or rather their wives did…:)). Congrats to both families! The first who is a colleague of mine at work was yesterday afternoon but we were informed today and the other was in the wee hours today! His a friend of mine in Leeds as well. (more…)
