New home

New beginnings… new job, town, nursery, school…

The last two month have been a whirlwind! I don’t even know where to start…

Well, I do actually, it all started with this post where I had a bit of a rant about long distance relationships! Well hubby read it and he wasn’t pleased at all! And that’s how it all began!

Next thing I knew, I found myself (and my family) in Hertfordshire!

Yes! We’ve moved down south!

Connected Again and using Bloglovin’

So first of all, can I just say I am so glad to come home to Internet! We finally got connected yesterday after moving house earlier on this year! Yes, it took that long to get Wi-Fi and a landline from BT! But I’m not going to go into it, let’s just say it’s been very annoying, but all sorted now! So hopefully I’ll go back to blogging more regularly now… *crossing fingers*

Also, since Google reader no longer exists I’ve had to find another alternative to keep track of the blogs I read and in comes Bloglovin’, really good for finding different types of blogs too, so I’ll be hanging out there a little bit now! Lastly, I’ve been asked to include this link

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

So I can claim my blog so that’s what I’m doing! 🙂

You all have a lovely weekend and catch up later

New Nursery, Breastfeeding, Sleeping and other things

Happy February everyone! This is one of my favorite months! (Although not sure Abby would agree with me!) Not only is it my birthday month AND Valentine’s, it’s also our wedding anniversary month! It doesn’t get much better than that…:D

So we’ve been settling nicely into our new home and my new job although the lack of Internet bit hasn’t been great. We’re getting to know North Wales a little bit more and really it is such a lovely country with lots of wide open countryside! We’re definitely looking forward to the summer here! But what else have we been up to?

The joys of Moving house

No, I haven’t abandoned my blog, I’ve just been busy moving home to North Wales!! It’s absolutely amazing and we’re all loving it! Only down side is we won’t be getting connected online till mid March :(. And mobile Internet isn’t great. So hopefully I’ll be back to blogging better by then, goodness knows what we’ll be up to by then. Lots have already happened since but I’ll try to do some short posts here and there!

Have a great weekend everyone!

7 months old and Counting down…

So Anjie turned 7 months a few days ago! She’s literally growing right before our very eyes! And I’ll be back at work next month… Time goes by when you’re have fun…

This past week or so has been pretty busy for us as we’ve got some in-laws in town, including 14 month old twins! My goodness! Twins are HARD work! Bless them… I hope to put up some pictures later on but for now just thought I’ll write a quick post!

Been a Busy Bee

I’ve been a pretty busy bee this last week! Just so much to do and no, we haven’t quite been been getting ready for the little one! But hopefully all that will now change with the new house and room for the little one!

We moved into our lovely new home last weekend! I’m so glad thats over and done with! The basic furnitures we ordered arrived on time including the lush corner leather sofa, the lush (I say this again) memory foam mattress, our brand new tv with the tv stand and one of the bed frames! Oh and Sky came over to fix the Sky Tv…

And I begin to Waddle

Well, like the title says, I have sadly begun to Waddle… How so very depressing!!

This week started like any other week except for the tiny fact that my engagement ring no longer fits! The horror!! Thank goodness my wedding ring still fits although I find that a bit strange considering they’re supposed to be the same size! Oh well… Better than nothing!

28 Week Midwife Appointment

So Friday came and I went to see the midwife. And shockingly it was a Male midwife!!

Don’t get me wrong, I have no issues, (or maybe I do!) but there’s something just odd about that. In the end he was a really nice man! Answered all my questions, measured my belly (29cm, just right, thank God) and checked my blood pressure, that was great as well. So all is well with my little one and the male midwife did his job just right!
