Merry Christmas!!!

Just wanted to say a Merry Christmas to everyone! A bit late but better later than never, right?

Hope everyone had a lovely day! We had some friends over for dinner. Wasn’t quite like Anjie’s birthday party which never was as family was missing but just some close friends and we had a lovely time!

And I’ve also got a backlog of pictures we took of Anjie on her birthday with her absolutely lovely cake from Sarah at Cupcake crumbs. I’d used her before for Abby’s Andriod birthday cake so I was confident she would do a fine job but she absolutely outdid herself! I found the cake image online and she replicated it amazingly. It was so pretty we didn’t want to cut it! But when we finally did the inside was just as lovely! White chocolate mud cake! Amazing! Have a look for yourself!

7 months old and Counting down…

So Anjie turned 7 months a few days ago! She’s literally growing right before our very eyes! And I’ll be back at work next month… Time goes by when you’re have fun…

This past week or so has been pretty busy for us as we’ve got some in-laws in town, including 14 month old twins! My goodness! Twins are HARD work! Bless them… I hope to put up some pictures later on but for now just thought I’ll write a quick post!

6 Months and We Crawling and Teething!

My little baby is 6 months today!! My goodness where has time gone… I’m just so thankful to God for how far we’ve come! I know we’ve had it pretty easy with this girl, all things considered! She is an absolute darling most days! Yes, she gets cranky every now and then, we’re still trying to get the hang of weaning and she’s still not sleeping through but most times she’s really only up about 2-3 times between 7pm-8am so not all bad… :) . I’m sure I’ll be singing a different tune about sleeping through when I get back to work in August but till then, I’m just going to enjoy what time I have left!

So what have we achieved now that we’re 6 months old? Crawling and Teething that’s what!

Anjie is 3 Months and Counting! Thank you Lord!

So Anjie turned 3 months today! Yippeeee! Ironically she’s been a tad bit cranky and clingy today, but thankfully, she’s asleep now… I took this picture earlier in the week and really love it so figured I’ll post it here! Oh and that’s pebbles, one of her first cuddly friends :-)

Introducing Baby Anjie

Now Abby thought this was pretty cheesy but I couldn’t care! I’m a very very proud mummy so I’m going to show my baby to the world even if it’s with a cheesy song! Lol… And do you know why? It’s what mothers do! :-)
